With eStatements, you will receive an email advising your that a statement is available.

Can I allow sub users to view my account or statements?

Yes, you have the ability to set up sub users within your Online Banking account and assign rights and permissions accordingly. Please contact Online Banking at 256-849-0077 for details and help assigning rights.

Why can't I see an account that should be available in Business Online Banking?

If you have an account missing from your account list, please contact online Banking at 256-849-0077 for assistance.

How do I place a stop payment on a check?

A stop payment can be placed on an individual check or a series of checks through your Online Banking account or contacting your Solutions Banker directly.

What do I do if I have lost my debit card?

To report a lost or stolen card please contact us at Domestic: (800) 754-4128 and International: (727) 227-9012.

What do I need to do if I notice fraud on my account?

To report suspicion of fraud please contact us at (855) 961-1602 or come to one of our locations so we can assist in solving the issue.

How do I reorder checks?

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 - 4:30 at both locations. On Saturdays, our Albertville location drive-through is open from 8:30 - Noon.

Apple Pay FAQs

How do I set up Apple pay on my iPhone?

To set up Apple Pay on your iPhone:
  1. Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 8.1 or later.
  2. Open the Wallet app on your phone.
  3. Tap the "+" icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Take a photo of your debit or credit card or enter the card details manually.
  5. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Verify your card by calling the phone number provided or receiving a one-time code via text or email.

Where and how can I use Apply Pay?

You can use Apple Pay in various locations, including:
  • In-store: Look for the Apple Pay logo or contactless payment symbol at participating merchants.
  • Online: Select Apple Pay as your payment method at participating online merchants.
To make a payment, simply:
  1. Hold your iPhone near the contactless reader.
  2. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
  3. Wait for the payment confirmation on your phone.
Note: The default card will show, but if you want to use a different card, just swipe and pick the card you want to use.

What if my iPhone is stolen?

If your iPhone is stolen, you can remotely wipe your device and suspend or remove your credit or debit cards from Apple Pay using Find My iPhone. This will prevent unauthorized transactions.

Additionally, since your actual card number is not stored on your iPhone, your information stays secure. However, to further protect your accounts, please contact us immediately to report your iPhone stolen and request assistance with suspending or replacing your cards.

 

Samsung Pay FAQs

How do I set up Samsung pay on my phone?

To set up Samsung Pay on your Samsung device:
  1. Open the Samsung Pay app on your device. If you do not have the app, download it from the Google Play Store.
  2. Sign in with your Samsung account.
  3. Add your debit or credit card by scanning the card or manually entering the card details.
  4. Verify your card credentials and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. Set up a secure method for authenticating transactions, such as fingerprint, PIN or iris scan.

Where and how can I use Samsung Pay?

  • In-store: Look for the Samsung Pay logo or contactless payment symbol at participating merchants.
  • Online: Select Samsung Pay as your payment method at participating online merchants.
To make a payment:
  1. Open the Samsung Pay app on your device.
  2. Pick the card that you want to use.
  3. Authenticate the transaction with your fingerprint, PIN, or iris scan.
Note: Samsung Pay is accepted at millions of locations worldwide, wherever contactless payments are accepted, and supports magnetic stripe technology (MST) for use at traditional payment terminals.

What if my Samsung phone is stolen?

If your Samsung phone is stolen:
  1. Remote lock or erase your device using Find My Mobile.
  2. Suspend or remove your credit or debit cards from Samsung Pay to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  3. Contact us immediately to report your phone stolen and request assistance with suspending or replacing your cards.
Since your actual card number is not stored on your phone, your information remains secure. However, taking these steps will provide an additional layer of protection.

How do I set up Google Pay on my phone?

To set up Google pay on your phone:
  1. Download and install the Google Pay app from the Google Pay Store (for Android devices) or the App store (for iPhone).
  2. Open the Google Pay app and sign in with your Google account.
  3. Add your debit or credit card by scanning the card or manually entering the card details.
